Book Club

The Conscious Professional Implementation Book Club offers hands-on, conscious leadership development for leaders and their in-tact teams from the same organizations.
Because this group coaching is author-led, it goes way beyond just reading the book. You’ll have the opportunity to ask the author questions about how to apply what you’re reading in real-time, introducing conscious professionalism into your organization.
HOW IT WORKS
Unlike simply reading the book, you’ll be compelled by the group and the author’s input to apply what you’re learning to your work and life in a conscious, professional way.
Best of all, after the three-month experience, your team has learned how to learn together, speak the same leadership language, and have learned to problem-solve in a whole new way.

Self-awareness and Strength
Jessica utilized the ECHO (Effective Communication for Healthy Organizations) listening profile to help me understand how to improve my listening intelligence and develop effective listening as a training skill. This ECHO profile helped me understand "how" I listen and the strengths and challenges associated with my listening profile. Jessica helped me strategize the most effective ways to integrate my listening style with other listening styles of people in my personal and professional life.
Through weekly conversations, Jessica helped guide my self-awareness and helped me understand how I present to others. She served as my champion to cheer me on and validate my strengths, but tactfully helped me surface my weaknesses and helped me strategize ways to work on those weaknesses.
