You Led in Uniform.

Now It’s Time to Lead in Business.

YOUR NEXT MISSION?

Building a business that serves your family, your future, and your community.

We help veterans find franchise opportunities that fit their goals, without the confusion or sales pressure.

You’re Done With Cold Chow, "Unique" Sleep Schedules, and 6am PT But,

You’re Not Done Making An Impact

You’re thinking about owning a business. But where do you even start?

You don’t want to gamble on a random startup. You want a business that works, a system you can trust, and a path that still lets you serve, with purpose, with profit, and with a plan.

That’s where I come in.

OUR PROCESS

HOW IT WORKS

We don’t just toss you a list of random franchises and hope something sticks.
We walk you through a real process to figure out what fits, and what doesn’t.

Step One

Clarify Your Goals

$

Before we talk brands, we talk you. What do you really want your next chapter to be? Are you looking for time freedom? A hands-on role? Something you can grow and sell later? Or is it still important to serve your community?

We’ll dig into your values, lifestyle, goals, and non-negotiables—so the opportunities we bring you actually fit.

Step Two

Explore the Right Opportunities

$

With your goals in focus, we present a short list of franchise models that align with your lifestyle, values, and vision—not just what’s trending or profitable on paper.

You’ll learn:

  • How each model works
  • What kind of support and structure is included
  • What the real day-to-day looks like
  • Who’s thriving in each system, and why

We don’t push a brand. We help you explore options that make sense for you and eliminate the ones that don’t.

This is about fit, not pressure.

Step Three

Make an Informed Decision

$

This isn’t a one-and-done sales pitch, it’s a process and relationship.

We coach you through the entire discovery process: talking to franchisors, reading FDDs, exploring financing, and navigate with clarity. You’ll know how to spot red flags and have confidence in your decision.

By the time you’re ready to sign, you’ll be stepping into ownership not just with excitement, but with confidence and a clear plan.

Because this isn’t just a transaction. It’s the start of your next mission, and we want you to win.

It’s free. It’s confidential. And no, we’re not trying to sell you a smoothie bar.
(Unless you really want one.)

Franchise Types 101

There’s More Than Fast Food. A Lot More.

Simple Retail Business

Smoothies, tax prep, fitness studios, walk-in services with consistent customer traffic.

People come to you. These are often lower-ticket, high-volume businesses that thrive on brand recognition and location.

Sophisticated Retail Business

Counseling clinics, specialty auto care, massage therapy and professional services that require expertise and higher trust.

More specialized, often in premium locations. These businesses tend to have higher startup costs but support strong margins and long-term growth.

Business to Consumer

Flooring, elder care, cleaning services, things people need, delivered to their homes.

You go to the customer. These businesses are service-driven and often operate with lower overhead and high local demand.

Business to Business

Commercial cleaning, drug testing, staffing, coaching, services that help other businesses run better.

Your clients are companies. These franchises often offer recurring revenue, fewer emotional buying decisions, and longer-term relationships.

Possible Franchises

Over 300 franchises available.

Veterans make excellent franchise owners because they’ve already been trained for success:

Discipline & Focus, Win-Win Mentality, Accountability, Leadership not management, the desire to serve something greater than themselves.

Franchisors love working with vets; many even offer discounted buy-ins or exclusive incentives.

Real Talk. Right Fit.

  • No pressure. No “one size fits all” pitch.
  • Free coaching from someone who’s been there. (Steve built and sold a franchise himself.)
  • Access to 300+ vetted franchise models.
  • Financing guidance, legal referrals, and straight-up answers to real questions.

You don’t need an MBA. You need someone who gets you, and has your back.

Steve Taylor

Navy Veteran.
Franchise Expert.
Community Builder.

Steve Taylor joined the Navy because he wanted to do something meaningful with his life, something that made a real difference.

He served as a Lieutenant and Surface Warfare Officer after graduating from the U.S. Naval Academy, and later spent over a decade in the tech world managing complex, high-stakes projects. Steve realized something critical after an unexpected job exit: if you don’t own it, you’re not in control.

So he pivoted. Steve invested in a franchise, built it into one of the top-performing units in the country, and eventually sold it for a profit. But it wasn’t just the business success that changed him, it was seeing how that business created jobs, supported families, and strengthened the community around it.

That’s when it clicked: this was the impact he’d always been looking for.

Today, through Bravo Zulu Partners, Steve helps other veterans take the same leap, coaching them through the franchise discovery process and helping them find business opportunities that match their leadership, values, and vision for life after service.

“Honestly, this feels bigger than what I did in the military. I’m helping people build something real. Something that lasts.”

With access to over 300 vetted franchise models, a no-pressure coaching style, and a mission to launch 10,000 veteran-owned businesses, Steve is helping turn military service into civilian significance, one business at a time.
